Highlands Coffee House is one of the more unique music venues on Vancouver Island. Located on the Heritage Site of Caleb-Pike on Millstream Road, the cabin where the music nights happen on the 2nd Saturday of each month is chalk full of history. The space is intimate and cozy and is a special place to listen to musicians ... the audiences are always attentive and appreciative.

Brentwood Bay Village Emporium

The Village Emporium in Brentwood Bay near Victoria, B.C. is a very cool and intimate venue with seating for about 35.
John Carswell and his staff serve up a fine array of coffees and teas to go along with a tasty light dinner menu and range of dessert choices.
Also licensed to serve wine and local beers on tap, the Emporium has a great vibe all day long and live music or open mic nights most Fridays and some Thursdays too.
